The Westpac Bank is one of Australia’s ‘big four’ banks, joining NAB, ANZ, and the Commonwealth Bank. Westpac is a bank that offers multinational financial services and after the merger with St. George in 2008, the bank has over 10 million customers making Westpac Australia’s largest branch network. With all this in mind it is understandable why Westpac credit cards are such a popular choice for people. There are five different card options and Westpac now offer these five cards that come in three different types; Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Westpac in a similar fashion to St. George offer these cards with different options to suit anyone’s needs. When comparing cards at Credit Card Application, you will find a low interest rate card, a fifty-five day interest fee card, a no annual fee card, and the ‘Ignite’ credit card that replaces the ‘Virgin’ credit card. There is also the popular ‘Altitude’ Westpac credit card that comes as a MasterCard and American Express card and is designed to enrol customers in the ‘Altitude’ rewards program that includes Frequent Flyers and a wide range of rewards.
